My intraday chart for RVX_CGI from the CBOE Global Indexes does not have data past 2024-06-28 I worked through the trouble shooting steps in "Help topic 3: Charts not Updating/Blank Charts" but cannot data past 6-28 to load, and do not see errors in the Message Log. Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart I think it is diagnostically relevant that the Window >> Current Quote Window has all zeros for values. There is no LastPrice and LastSize. From the CBOE web site, the RVX symbol is still being calculated and published, so I don't think it was deprecated. https://www.cboe.com/us/indices/dashboard/rvx/ |

EDIT: I have to change my original post significantly since I just deleted all the respective . scid and .dly files to make SC to redownload them. The situation is now as follows: • I have the intraday data for: VIX, VVIX, VXN, VXD, GVZ, OVX, VXTLT, VXAPL, VXAZN, VXGS • I don’t have intraday data for EVZ and VXGOG (or I believe only the most recent real time data points, but it does not seem to be downloading past data) • I have historical data only for today for: all except RVX, which was expected based on the fact that you mentioned in another thread that CBOE has changed some categories of the data feed. The addition of these volatility indices to SC has been great for me and if there was another fee to pay for the other categories I could imaging doing so. Regarding "I don’t have intraday data for EVZ and VXGOG (or I believe only the most recent real time data points, but it does not seem to be downloading past data)" >> the instruments "EVZ" and "VXGOG" are specific to the Cboe Global Indices (CGI) Channel -- as of August 1st you will only have access to the instrument on the CBOE Global Indices (a) MAIN and (b) iNAV channels.
