I noticed that some of my order fills are not being displayed on the chart, which is something that wasn't happening before. I attached two screenshots. The first screenshot shows a list of trades, wherein you can see there's a trade on 2024-07-03 and 2024-07-10. The trade on 2024-07-03 is NOT visible on the chart screenshot, as shown in the upper chart (#1). I annotated the chart to show where the entry/exit fills should have been. I copied chart #1, creating chart #2, to show that the trade on 2024-07-10 is visible on the chart. This is just an example. I can see the trades from 2024-07-10 to 2024-07-19 on the chart. But trades before 2024-07-10 are not visible. Note: I tried to upload the screenshots from within Sierra Chart, but the upload was blank; A solid black image. |

I solved the problem. There's a chart setting Trading->Order Fills Start Date. See Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) In my chart the setting was blank, which given I've never set it makes sense. But according to the documentation if left unset, all of the fills are supposed to load. When the Date is blank and the Time is 0:00:00 then this means load all available order fills for the Symbol and Trade Account the chart is set to, since the first Date-Time in the chart but not less than 14 days. These order fills originate from the Trade Activity Log.
However, I had to enter a date/time to get all of the order fills to load. |

Thanks for posting this. I had the exact same problem. Something changed in Sierra with the recent upgrades and this field was now necessary to fill in. I don't even know if option/field was there before, but it sure is necessary to fill out now. Just typing in "2024" sets the date to January 1 and now all my fills show up! (strangely, on my futures charts, the fills do show and the field is empty)

When you have an issue where the fills are not lining up properly or the daily profit/loss is not correct, then this is caused by missing order fills or by not having the settings for when to start loading the order fills correct. In either case refer to the following items: Trade Activity Log: Solving Inaccurate Trade Statistics for Charts Field Values Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
