i have a chartbook that shows day vwap and i have a chartbook that shows footprint. Both the chartvooks has the same symbol wich is MES.
But for some reason they dont show the same price increments in the y -axis and and they dont show the same price in the y -axis.

For an example. day vwap shows 5086.50 and the footprint shows 5089.00.

Why?

i will attach a picture that shows the issue.

I think is has to do with the globex or overnight session?

The footprint chart is not scrolled all the way to the right, so you are not seeing the current price.

As to why you have the space, refer to the following:

Hello,

I have the same problem as the trader above mentioned.

The VWAP, price chart, and the market profile are working in sync, and are always in the same price range. The problem is the footprint and the DOM which are always showing the different prices, eventhough they are all showing the same time. I am talking here of the time when I am doing the replay of the days while SIM trading.

In the current (live) day all of the prices are in sync and all of them are working. As you have advised to one of the users I have activated the continuous future trading, set the days to go back to 365, checked the sessions, tick settings..it will not work.

Do you maybe have an advice where else should I look, or what else should i try? On the screenshot below I have unfortunately cut too soon, and the price on the VWAP is not visible, but it is 74$, and all of the charts are for CL.

Thank you very much.

Thanks for the reply, but the problem is still there, and the footprints and the DOM are still out of sync.

The items to check are the following:
- Make sure the option for "Skip Empty Periods" is NOT selected.
- Make sure the DOM has the number of days to load set to a value higher than the number of days you are replaying.

Both of these are covered in the section linked previously.

John, from the settings you have written, all of them have been checked and it is not working.
Session times are set to 24 hours, to be honest the DOM is set for 365 days, and it only shows from July this year, whereas the footprint, as seen on the screenshot does show the desired time, but it fails to be in sync with other profiles (volume, market, RTH price chart, VWAP)
Not sure what to do.

All the charts need to have the data loaded to the point at which you are starting the replay. It sounds like the Numbers Bars chart does not have enough data loaded.
