I have a combine through topstep and im using the rithmic connection provided by them. Ive been using this connection for a couple months with no problems until now. This message randomly popped up, not sure what is causing it. I receiving this issue today and have been for over an hour. Quite frustrating. I can connect to R-Trader directly but Sierra will not connect to Rithmic- Im using Rithmic and Denali. I even tried connecting my CQG cash account from Iron Beam 0 problems. Clearly a Rithmic error once again. They are the absolute worst in the industry. Im sure they drive the staff at Sierra Chart insane

They already have. It's too late for us. -- But yes, there have been posts about problems with Rithmic. They have been different issues, but all of them have been outside of our control. Keep in mind, the connection that is used by Sierra Chart does not involve R-Trader, and it was written by Rithmic. This is why there is very little we can do when there is an issue. @john /w Sierra I would never use Rithmic outside of a prop account. PERIOD!! I used to use them years ago when they were actually decent, but now i wouldn't use them for a cash account if my life depended on it. When i was using them for my cash account i saw the deterioration of their service and they refused to accept any kind of responsibility. Needless to say their terrible service and even worse customer service cost me so much money that id rather not trade than be forced to use them if they were the only option. I would say i hope they turn the shop around but it seems like every week it gets a little worse. I really appreciate your response |
