We are aware that the NYSE and AMEX feeds are not delivering any data at this time. This issue has been raised with our connectivity provider.

There is not any technical issue on the Sierra Chart side. We are not receiving these feeds ourselves from the source.

We want to give an update regarding this. Apparently CTA has changed the multicast addresses and this was not known to us. We never received any notification.

Changes to these addresses is significant as it requires it network switch programming. And it appears as though our service provider has not done the necessary updates on their switch.

We do not think we are going to be able to have the CTA (NYSE and AMEX) feeds operational by 9:30 AM Eastern time. NASDAQ and NASDAQ TotalView are still operational.

If you subscribe to the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, you can then use the -NQTV symbols to get data for NYSE and AMEX stocks.

Our service provider did update their switch with the new IP information but we need to update our systems. This is going to take about 30 minutes or so.

We are estimating about about 30 minutes to an hour to get the NYSE and AMEX available again. They will start effective at that time and the missing data will be filled in this evening.

We will only be able to fill in with 1 minute data where there is data missing. We will see about tick by tick data later.

The TICK-NYSE and related market statistics symbols are not available this morning. They will gradually start up.
