Good day, wanting to subscribe to your service package via 'Denali'. I was referred to you by tradeproacademy.com and have to implement your charting service with Interactive Brokers . I managed to Download Tradepros DOM and paste it into Sierra Charts on my PC-there DOM is quite Robust- has Market orders in Real-time, Bid/Ask Volume to show the Delta/imbalances. (not sure if I can simply get all this with you?) When I open Sierra Charts I go to FIle, Open Chart Book and there I see ExampleCharbook.cht which is what I assume is from Traderproacademy.I then go to Edit, "Translate symbols to current service, I then get on top left above where it says ExampleCharbook which is a Black Screen below it, can get a chart as well. The Symbols are DF, ST: BR: with numbers constantly moving. I then go to the DOM and its not like Traderpros? I simply need to set up a Denali PKG after my Trial with Traderproacademys' DOM with a Chart. Go to Youtube and in top search bar type in Traderproacademy orderflow and you will see what I mean. Thats all I want for now. If I have to pay a fee for one of your techs to take over my PC to set this up I don't mind, let me know Thanks Gary L.

Your first issue was that your account was set to a "Standard Trial", which has limited symbols that you can access, which is why the chart would just be blank. We have set your account to be an "Activated Trial", which will resolve this first issue.

The second issue is that the Chartbook you are opening is not the one from Tradeproacademy.com. That is one of our example chartbooks that we send with the software to help people get started. You need to put the Chartbook from Tradeproacademy.com and put it into the Data folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. Then you will be able to open it within Sierra Chart. Refer to the following instructions starting at Step #7:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation

Good day and Thanks for your Response earlier: We are getting there now a chart populates on my screen, and when hit File top left of Sierra Charts shows only 1. ExampleChartbook which is yours and not other ones from TraderproAcademy. The instructions I have from them are   Hi Gary,

Okay, try these steps. Locate the DOM file that you have downloaded from your Downloads folder. Click the file and hit CTRL X on your keyboard to cut and copy the file.

Next, go to Drive C or whichever Drive you placed your Sierra Charts folder. Normally it's on Drive C of your PC.

Locate Sierra Charts Folder > click the arrow to show the folders and find the Data folder > You can paste the file in there by doing CTRL V on your keyboard.

So I have Sierra Charts downloaded okay and DOM.cht from Tradeproacademy . I then go to my C:drive and find Sierra Charts and then highlight the Data and paste DOM.cht in there as instructed.I am thinking I might have to download directly to Sierra Charts itself? The DOM I have downloaded is in Zip! and One isn't. Look forward to hearing back from you thanks. I went to your Link for further instructions to no Avail FYI... Gary Lalande

They gave you the correct instructions. We do not know what exactly is the issue. Here are some thoughts:
- Are you actually in the Data folder when you paste the chartbook into it? If you are just in the SierraChart folder and do not go into the Data folder then that is not the correct location.
- The Chartbook has the extension of .cht. If you have a compressed (zipped) file of some sort that has the extenstion .zip or .7z or something else, then you need to get the .cht out from that compressed file and put that .cht into the Data folder.

Good day, thanks for the reply ! I went to Sierra Charts, File and tried 'Open Chartbook' and Voila Traderpros DOM is there. Now i just need to put the Volume part of it on left side, I will consult with them. I go to your Examplechart and get the graph and asset I want , cool. Just need no know how to get the DOM on the Chart? Also on the DOM there is no data feed? I still need to implement into Interactive Brokers but I thought I have free Data for Simulation? Its the Evening time, thought Data on ES was 24 hours? Thanks again, Gary Lalande

With the setup you have right now, you have access to our Real-Time data for FOREX and CFDs, refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service

And you have access to our Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView. Market Depth data is available with the first three exchanges but it is not available with the NASDAQ TotalView data. Refer to the following:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

We are not sure which "DOM" you are wanting, as we have a separate Trading DOM and then you can add the DOM to a chart. To open a Trading DOM, select File >> Open Trading DOM for Chart, or if you do not have a chart already open for the symbol, then select File >> Find Symbol and find the symbol you want and then select the button for Open Trading DOM. Refer to the following:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File)

On the chart itself, select Trading >> Trading Chart DOM On or Trade >> Show Market Data Columns, depending on whether you are wanting to be Trading Mode or not. Refer to the information here:
Trade Menu: Show Market Data Columns (Trade menu)

And finally, with regards to the Market Depth data, go through the following to see if you can figure out what is occurring:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

Good day, I went to Sierra Charts and went to CME-- Micro SP 500 and see the Live feed with Sierra Charts DOM..but when I go to Tradepro's DOM that I have available as well there is No Live Feed? Do I need to get this from Traderproacademy? There DOM is the way I want Sierra Charts DOM to be Set Up, can you send me the Link for setting Your DOM up the Same way as theirs, and/or maybe need someone from Sierra Charts to take over my PC to do this if I can't do it. Thanks for your time, Gary Lalande

Make sure their DOM has the right symbol for the service you are using. Open their Chartbook and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should resolve your issue.

Good day, almost have this done: I have the DOM from Tradeproacademy up and running on MESH23-CME 2 Micro SP..I also Have the Chart-for this Symbol up as well. What I need to do is cut the graph down to about half in size so I can fit the DOM that I am using next to it. So either Adding the DOM to the chart and editing to do this or Adding the Chart to the DOM, not sure which way to do this; seen it set up elsewhere like this.SO basically looking at a Graph and at sametime seeing a DOM Ladder on one side of it. At least now I can start practicing, thanks Gary Lalande
