There are a lot of variables with regards to how long it takes to download the data. If you are trying to download more than 1000 days of intraday data at 1 tick, then it can take a few hours, even on a good internet connection, to get all that data. We If you are being disconnected, then we would need to see your Message Log to see what it states.
