Renewed last month but Transaction still say processing and being asked for additional $$

Hi, I just go a message that I need to put $34.25 more into my balance for my services. I just renewed a month ago for 6 months so not sure why I am getting this. Your website states I have 177 more days left. It also says I have a transaction pending the is processing. I haven't done a transaction since last month, so not sure what is pending or if this is the problem. Let me know what to do here. Thanks! -Tom |

The $34.25 that is being requested is for the exchange that you have activated - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. The exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. There is not a way to purchase multiple months up front, but you can add enough funds to cover the time period you want. We do not know where you are seeing a "Transaction Pending" or "Processing". We are not seeing anything of the sort.
