With the 36$ package, the DOM is showing only 1s. Do I have to buy another package to use the DOM?

With Package 5, you have access to our Delayed Streaming data which gives you Market Depth information for the CME Group, EUREX, and CFE. You also get delayed streaming data for the NASDAQ TotalView, but it does not include Market Depth. Are you trying to get Market Depth data for a different exchange?
