Change date formatting in Time Scale area

I can't find where to change the formatting of the date in the lower left of a chart in the time scale area? Currently reads 3-1-20. Looks like you are just using XXX3 of the year for display here...

Actually, it is just cut off at the edge of the chart. If you were to scroll to January 1, 2023 you would see that it is trying to display as 2023-1-20. But in order to fit it into the edge and not overwrite other data, you can only see the last number of the year.

There is not a way to change this format.
