Morning, I have opened: Micro 30 Year Yield Micro 10 Year Yield Micro 5 Year Yield Micro 2 Year Yield But I am only able to get very limited data (1 to 3 weekly candles) on a chart, is it because they are new products and they don't have more data? If so is there a way to see more data perhaps using the normal symbol (which symbols would these be) that is not micro? Please let me know, Thank you, |

We are not seeing any issues with the Treasuries, but there are two charts for which you have symbols that are not correct. The messages are the following: Symbol Error - F.US.M6AU22 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Requested symbol was not found. So look to remove the charts for F.US.M6AU22 and for FX FUTURES. --- As to the treasuries, what are the settings for the data to load? Thanks for your reply, I followed the procedure to the end and it showing about 6 candles more but that is it. Shows after process: Weekly Candles 13 Daily Candles 59 https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1674236381502.png In settings/symbol / continuous contract I have selected Conitnunous futures contract - date rule rollover. What else can I do to be able to get at least a full chart worth of candles? We really do not know why you are not able to get additional data. Everything looks good, and when we open your chart (and change the symbol for the service we use) we get the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1674252009275.png Which is all the data for this product since it launched around July of 2021. Please try opening a new chart for this product and set it to a Continuous Contract - Date Rule Rollover. See if the data comes into that chart correctly. If not, then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and if you can take an image of the window that comes up with the contracts to be redownloaded, then please do and post it to this thread for us to take a look. John, I re-ran the procedure as you mentioned and it still for some reason doesn't work, I try to run all other charts from this group of Micro CBOT but same deal. The Daily of Weekly candle comes out only 1 and in the 60 minutes, it is not finalized data. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1674253295536.png No idea what could be the issue, I have the other 10 charts open without from Nymex, CME, Comex, etc, and no issues there. |
