Rithmic - Apex - Funded Account - Orders stuck at

Dear SierraChart, I have as of today a Funded Account with APEX, but my orders get rejected by Sierra's Order Routing. Please see attached Trade Log. I can place order only thru RTrader, but not from Sierra. My connections settings are as they were before with the Evaluation Account as Apex confirmed that they should be. Apex asked that I brought the issue to your attention. Could you please help. |

We see the following in your Trade Activity Log: Trade >> Trading Locked
You have trading locked, which is why the orders are not being sent. Select Trade >> Trading Locked to remove the checkmark next to that option and then try to submit orders. Thank you. It was only my Main Instance that was in "Trading Lock", and this never prevented me from using the Simulation Mode on the Second Instance. But it seems that indeed: when Sierra's Main Instance is in Tracking Lock then the sub-instance is, too, except it can do Simulations, but not real trades. That's what was confusing. |

Yes this is true. Since the orders will go from the sub instance to the main instance when Trade Simulation Mode is disabled in the sub instance. .
