First time experiencing the software during live market and i am not receiving real time data. I have package 12 enabled and i opened an intraday chart. I am connected to ‘SC data’ for ‘current selected service’ but i use CQG to route should i be connected to CQP API? What am i doing wrong?

so i was able to get the real time data issue resolved. Now im trying to figure out how to connect live account instead of being in simulated mode. I did connect to CQG API and login but im still on simulated mode

Our servers are not showing that you are connected to your CQG account. If you are, then great, but if not, then be sure to go through the following instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Then, when you have that connected, you just need to ensure that the option for Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On does not have a checkmark next to it - select the option if it does to remove the checkmark. Hi i am new to Sierra, i signed up to the trial on the 7th and counld not get the DOM which is supplied by the G7FX traiding course to work, the course provider has ran through the full set up with me and thinks there was an issue with the data feed from Sierra, I have now upgraded to your service package 5 on Friday and the DOM started working and i was able to take simulated traded ect. When i logged back in on Saturday i have the same issue and it looks like there is no data feed. I have ran through your set up instructions for the delayed Exchange Data Feed and it still isnt working, Can you please take a look at my account and advise. Assuming you are trading futures or stocks, then there is no trading on Saturday. And today is a holiday for both in the U.S. as well (Martin Luther King, Jr's birthday). So wait until tomorrow (Tuesday) to see whether you still have an issue or not.
