the message I use to receive that a trading account was not asigned to me does not come on again. can you set me up so I use the service package 10 which I believe provides live data for trading .i am not sure i have pressed the right botton. do i have to pay for the cme group as well. please check my accounts for all my charts are just frozen. thanks |

You are currently on Package 10 and have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" enabled - so you should be all good as long as you are opening charts for the CME Group data. If you are still having an issue then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
