issue with open to close box color in number bars chart

I have tried everything but cant get the open to close box colors to work in the numbers bar chart...I have attached the chart can you please advise

You have the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Graph Draw Type set to Point and Figure XO. Change this to something else and you will then be able to see both colors. When it is set to the Point and Figure only the one color gets applied, as Point and Figure graphs do not have a concept of Up/Down bars.
