Hi, I have used Sierra for 6+ months and have never asked for help, most questions are available on board with Google search. I'm a new trader, 2 years and just starting to get profitable. I have accounts with Sierra, Jigsaw and Bookmap with their stop/ice tracker and new big lot liquidity tracker which I love. I want to execute through Sierra but also be able to use Bookmap for what I consider to be a slightly better liquidity heatmap, stop/ice and big lot liquidity tools. I absolutely hate their execution. I have DiNali data and Rithmic and want to use Sierra with either data feed and EXECUTE with Sierra but I want to be able to have Rithmic running so I can use Bookmap in Plugin mode. HOW can I do this? I keep going back and forth and like Sierra and Jigsaw DOM's each has plus and minus but I feel Sierra is better due to bid/ask stacking/pulling which Jigsaw doesn't have plus all the indicators. No choice but Bookmap's heatmap is better and especially now with new heatmap for 10-300+ lot traders its VERY GOOD and not sure this can be done in Sierra. They just released this today but was in beta for awhile. It's amazing so can't give it up nor can I give up Sierra charts. Please help me find a solution to use BOTH platforms! Chris Donnell |

We are not sure what exactly the core issue is that you are having that is causing you issues. From the way you state things are setup, you should be getting data without any issue to both systems and be able to submit orders from Sierra Chart.

Here are the instructions for what you want to do: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Let us know if you need more help. You will set Sierra Chart to use Rithmic and Sierra Chart will use the Denali Data Feed. Sierra Chart has this: new big lot liquidity tracker which I love. Hi Sorry if I wasn't clear. I want to A) Use Sierra Chart's DiNali data feed and send orders to Rithmic's execution. B) Rithmic's in plugin mode which I believe you don't support. If I login to Sierra with Rithmic to send orders I can't use Bookmap which I have configured to use Rithmic in plugin mode. Basically HOW do I use DiNali data yet send execution orders to Rithmic? For me its not clear at all how to do this. |
