replacing accounts under simulated feed

SC support, pls check the attached screenshot I am trying to replace account A (which is working) with account B (duplicated account from A) but when trying to change the acount in the trade bar, it jumps back to the original can you pls advise what am I doing wrong? thanks |

Is this in a Sub-Instance that you are having this issue, and do you have the same issue in the main instance? And is it really that you select a specific account and then it will change it to a different account? When does the change happen? this is a different installation on the same drive. in the main instance, I have only 1 account so I can not test. under that sub-instance of the main SC i don't have that issue (using simulation accounts) I select that new account, trades associated with the previous account are removed from chart and then it changes back to the source account and trades appear back on the chart |
