Unable to load historical intraday data

Hi,

I recently updated Sierra Chart to the latest version. I am currently on Sierra Chart Package 3 which includes the historical data service. I have previously used these settings successfully to download historical 1-min OHLC data all the way from 2008. However, it does not seem to be working anymore.

The only settings I have changed from default are:
Data/Trade Service Settings
Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real-time Symbols (min): 1

Chart Settings > Symbol
Continuous Contract: Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover, Back Adjusted

I have attached the log, on which the last line is 'No download requests in the queue to start downloads for.'
Chart Settings > Data Limiting
Load Data Limiting Method: Use Number Of Days To Load
Data To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type: 182

Chart Settings > Bar Period
Graph Draw Type: Candlestick Bars

Chart Settings > Session Times
Session Start Time: 00:00:00
Session End Time: 23:59:59
Use Evening Session: No

I have already tried the following to no avail:
Disconnecting and reconnecting to the data feed.
Edit > Delete All Data And Download

The symbol I am trying to download data for is NQZ2022

Select Edit >> Cancel Intraday Data Downloads.

And then follow the procedure here:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Hi,

I have followed those instructions and attached is the log.

EDIT:
I think I have found the issue. It seems to be that it is rendering issue rather than a data issue. After the data is downloaded (as shown in the log), if I click Edit > Cancel All Downloads, it renders the chart. If I do not do this, it just shows the 'Downloading Continuous Contract Data' and a blank chart.

No, that is not the issue. There is just a long time to download the data. We recommend following the instructions here to reduce the amount of time to download the data:
