these two screenshots are es and nq 1 min charts. the depth data has been completely deleted and re-downloaded. can see that there are "yellow stripes" below the bid price, and the nq chart lasts longer. what does this mean? can briefly explain?

In the NQ chart it looks like you have the option for Extend Last Known Depth set to Yes. Refer to the following for this Input: Market Depth Historical Graph: Extend Last Known Depth Which also means that the actual depth for that time period is not present. Therefore, you may want to force a download of the missing depth data in that area. Refer to the following: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data We can not say why that data did not fill in if you have already done a download, but try again and see what happens.
