Hi,

I am connected to Rithmic data services however pay for various sierra data services however whenever I remove my 'Market Data' User/Pass and/or 'Historical Data' User/Pass I no longer receive any data.

I have the "Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" On "Yes".

Any help would be much appreciated.

The reason you are not getting real-time and historical data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

I thought I had verified this by singing the document for the CME group with the name of the company that I have my live futures account with, they are called "tradovate" which is the company I submitted the statement for in the previous message.

You also need to connect your Sierra Chart to that trading account to validate your status. You need to do this at least once a month.

You should be setup with CQG for order routing with your Tradeovate account. In which case, follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your Tradeovate account:
