Is there any way to always keep a window on top?

I've ran out of space on my screen. I just need a small chart window to sit on top of my market profile but always have priority since I still sometimes click on the market profile chart.

For the chart that you want to "Always be on Top", make it a detached window and then select the option for Window >> Always on Top. Would it be possible to have the option to 'Always be on top' within the Main Window workspace and not have to detach?

There is not an option for "Always on Top" within the main window workspace. It only works with Detached windows.
