my FCM has told me that my connection has been enabled for use with sierra chart. but I keep getting this error . would you be able to assist please

Well, if you were setup properly, then you should not be getting that message. Keep in mind, that message is from CQG, so there is not much we can do to help except to point you to the information we have related to it:
