I just logged in and received the following: "Symbol Is Unknown. Real Time Data for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID = 3) are not allowed." I have done many of the suggestions in these threads: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues -Update symbols from server and disconnect/reconnect -Unclicked "Use Custom Symbols Values" and disconnect/reconnect -Translated Symbols to Current Service... Nothing. Please help. |

The exchanges you had activated with the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on August 1, 2021 due to an insufficient balance at that time. You can reactivate the exchanges by going to the Recurring Services page, scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchanges that you want to reactivate. You can access the Recurring Services page at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices We see that you had activated the CME, COMEX, and NYMEX with Market Depth individually. Since you are activating 3 of the exchanges, you can pay the same amount and get the CBOT data in addition. To do this, go to the list of Exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts rather than reactivating the individual options as noted above.
