No Longer Seeing Full Market Depth on my Chart DOM's

Hello, I just opened my Chartbooks this morning and for some reason I'm no longer seeing Full Market Depth on any of my Chart DOM's. I haven't made any changes and my account shows that my Service Package and Denali Data Feed are Up to Date. Any idea of what the problem is? You did not have enough funds in your account on August 1, 2021, therefore the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange did not automatically renew. You can reactivate the exchange by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for the exchange that states "Reactivate Exchange".
