We checked a couple of symbols and the data varies. For instance, there is data back to 2010 for $IUXX (NASDAQ 100 Index) and data back to 2017 for $IXCO (NASDAQ Computer Index). In general there should be data back to 2013 for most of the symbols, but you would just have to check the ones that you want and see.
