despite a message today from AMP that all order, specially OCO, types are working again, Sierra does not unlock trading. Service Log says: "Trading Locked is enabeled" But this function in Sierra is not ticked.

In addition to the Trade >> Trading Locked option, check your Global Settings >> Global Profit Loss Management to see if that is why your trading is locked. Refer to the following: Global Profit/Loss Management This does not have anything to do with the CQG situation. There is something on your system that has the trading locked for some reason.
