Was having problems with chart tabs taking up to 7 seconds to load with v2285 when switching between already opened chartbooks, so downgraded to 2282 (from memory it was a bit faster) after closing all chartbooks last night. When opening chartbooks today, all non-horizontal drawings' anchors have been set to zero. Upgrading back to v2285 and using the chartbooks saved in v2285 last night from the 'Backups' folder appears to have solved the problem. The prospect of losing 1000's of hours of work is quite frightening. Is there a way to export all drawing info including text so they can be reconstructed if needed? Many thanks!! |

Nothing has changed with Chart Drawings which would cause any issue. If no one else is reporting any issue, and we highly doubt anyone would encounter this, then the issue must be something unusual going wrong on your side for unknown reasons. May be a custom study is changing the drawings. No there is no way to export chart drawing information. It is all held within Chartbooks. You need to just maintain backups of your Chartbook files.
