MBO data incorrect

SC Team - Noticing few of the MBO data issues - which gets fixed with disconnect/reconnect. Issues(first image prior to disconnect): - Best Ask (4181.25) - quantity is 5 where as MBO data shows many contracts - NO MBO data on bid side from 4281.00 and down for many levels After disconnect/reconnect (second image) this MBO data is normal. Could you please review and comment any potential action that can be taken other than disconnect/reconnect? FYI - using the version 2280. I have 2 separate main instances running and both the instances behave the same when this happens. This issue is intermittent. At some point the MBO data goes out of sync and only way to get this corrected is to disconnect/reconnect. Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-06-28 21:25:51

We have heard about this previously, and do not know what the reason was from but now we see it ourselves and we understand the reason for this. The connection has been lost to the market by order server. There is a reconnection occurring to the server, but the subscription is failing for market by order data and we know why.
