I am getting delayed data and need to connect to Denali Data Feed. YM (mini DOW) trades on the CBOT, the ES (mini SP) trades on the CME, and the RTY ( mini Russell 2000) is on the CME. |

I am still getting delayed data despite doing everything to enable live Denali Data Feed. Also, the Sierra charts (ver 2280) are still in Sim mode. What do I have to do to get this thing going correctly?

Both questions are related to the same thing. You need to connect to your futures trading account. What broker are you using and do you know what order routing service they are using (CQG, TT, Rithmic, etc.)?

Thank you, John. I am having a broker connection problem that may be causing this problem. I should be able to connect to Denali once this is resolved. The broker is Infinity, now Ninja, I believe, and actually trades through TransAct Futures. I do apologize for taking up your time and hope not to bother you again. Once I am connected to SCs, everything goes very well. WAW
