Hi.

Please your help. the installation of the new update for sierra was not possible, I sent the log for support.

We were able to look through the log you sent. It looks like you had a connectivity issue while you were trying to get the data. Make sure you have a good Internet connection and try again and let us know what happens.

Also, if you are not starting the upgrade from within the Sierra Chart software (i.e. Help >> Download Current Release/Pre-Release) then make sure that Sierra Chart is NOT running when you perform the update.
