Hello quotes for JKS and other tickers are not accurate or live and they used to be for my account, I have not changed any settings. Thanks for any help.

We see that you did have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active back in April, but it expired on May 1, 2021. This is why you are not getting the real-time data for JKS (and other stock data). If you want to get this data again, you will need to activate the data feed and activate the exchanges you want. Basically, you will need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, except that you do NOT need to redo the agreements. Refer to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions We also see that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active for data from the CME, but you have not connected to your trading account in awhile, therefore you do not have access to the real-time data. Hey thanks for the reply, I connected my futures account and re activated my Denali feed, stock symbols are still not live for some reason.

Same issue. You need to reactivate the U.S. Equities exchange on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
