New Instance Not Working

I am logged into the charts. I use Transact Futures. The first instance of a chartbook comes up fine. When I try to load a new instance I get message that says "invalid account or password." Resetting password did not help. Alex |

Completely exit from all instances of Sierra Chart. Then start Sierra Chart again and use the Forced Login option. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login Then start the new instance and see if you continue to have an issue.
