Failed to activate the 'CBOE Indices' exchange

When trying to activate the "CBOE Indicies" service I receive a message "To enable the exchange at least one Real-time Data Connection must be currently active and enabled for Auto-Renewal". I'm using Denali Data Feed level 11 and have signed up for the quarterly rate. Also paying for CBOE and CME and NYMEX and COMEX real time data. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help. |

Your statement says that you are trying to activate the CBOE Indices, which is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (it is NOT part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed).
