Hello Support. I am still receiving automated messages on my charts indicating that my access will be terminated in 3 days in spite of assurance from you folks that you have confirmed my payment of $26 made on June 5th. My Bank shows the payment was made and the Account Control Panel shows that the payment was made but if I am still getting warnings then this could very well mean I will lose my charts and not be able to trade. Could you please stop these messages so that I will know that there is no reason to worry that my charts will not be available? Otherwise I will have to pay again and this could occur during regular trading hours. Thank you for your assistance. I am patiently waiting for your confirmation.

Rest assured, the payment is in your account and is patiently waiting for June 11th to roll around in order to be taken out of your account in exchange for 31 more days of Package 3.

We apologize if you are getting too many email reminders. Some of the emails have a link at the bottom to allow you to stop the reminder for 2 weeks. If the next one you get has that option, be sure to select it to stop any further messages.

Another option you have would be to force the renewal right now. You can do this by going to the following link and then selecting the button in the section it takes you to that states Update and Renew Now. That will force the renewal at this time, so the $26.00 will be removed and your time will be extended by 31 days (you will not lose any time, it will extend from your current ending date).
