DOM KEEPS MOVING UP AND DOWN

My DOM keeps moving up and down. The price is ok, the DOM just keeps fluctuating up and down and i cannot trade, please help. Additionally, the DOMs which are doing this are a brighter red and blue than the others???? Thank you and Regards Simon |
