v2035 with IB - Additional symbols on a chart wont plot anymore

Hello SC,

i have several charts with multiple symbols plotted which worked in 2034 but stopped working in 2035..

please advise,

hmm, interesting.. it looks like SC did re-download all data (due to your mapping thing you did for the stock orders?) and then did not refresh the chart.. it didnt even show the dl in the logs or that its complete..

after refreshing the chart it worked

Should not be a problem with this. Are you referring to using the Add Additional Symbol study? We are not aware of any problem with that study but certainly a basic chart is absolutely going to load downloaded data and begin updating in real time without having to reload it. There has never been a known issue with this.

there is definitely an issue here..

after a restart all the data is gone again, from the additional symbols...

however, when i fire up a dedicated chart with that symbol it plots just fine, pressing Insert to reload the chart with the additional symbol results in a "reset" of that additional symbol..

The problem is identified and resolved and we will have a new release out later today. It related to an optimization for looking up studies being referenced by alert conditions and by other studies.
