guys,

I just restarted the system and now I cannot get downloaded data for 12/12/2019 for NQ and YM.... I do, however, have data for 12/12/2019 on ES. I've checked the chart settings and the dates look correct.

Ideas Please.

Try this
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values

Scroll the chart so that the area before the data errors or missing data is visible.
Right-click with your Pointer on the chart before the data errors or missing data. Select Delete and Download Data on the menu.
Press Yes to confirm. The historical data will be downloaded. When the download is complete, the chart will be reloaded.

Hi guys, that was the first thing I tried an it didn't work.

I did see a line in the Message Log that mentioned not being able to determine the rollover date due to compare volume (or similar). So, I changed the Rollover to Date rather than Volume and I now have the correct data. So consider this RESOLVED

thanks for the help
