Getting disconnected

I'm consistently getting disconnected when there is a lot of orders coming in to the market. I saw in the support board others are having problems with disconnections. Is there a checklist of things I get check on my end to make sure my set up is ok. Thanks. Mike.

We see you are using Transact and this is a Transact specific issue.The best solution is to use this data feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed You can still trade with Transact when using this data feed. But Transact did contact us about this issue, this morning and there is one small change they want us to make to make the reconnection more graceful and fast. No it will be out in version 2026 in about 15 minutes.
