Strange DOM behaviour

Hi support,

v2024

I have a constant range DOM for NQ that is behaving strangely.
It is scrolling continuously up then back down, even when traded price does not move.
The last traded price is often disappearing beyond the top or bottom of the DOM, pretty annoying.

The only solution is to set DOM scale mode to manual, when normally use 'Re-center when last bar exceeds a certain number of ticks from the centre'.
Not seen anything like this before, and for some reason on NQ is affected, no problem with CL or RTY.

Chartbook is attached.

Are you noticing a problem at the moment? When you notice this, post an image following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage

When you notice this, do you notice any problems with the best bid and ask prices within Chart >> Open Market Depth Window.

Just switched my PC back on and checked this, the NQ DOM is no longer behaving oddly.

I do not typically have the Market Depth Window open, so I don't know what if anything was happeninig there.
There did not seem to be any obvious flickering (beyond normal market activity) of quanities on the DOM itself, either at the best bid/ask or any other prices.

If it should behave in this manner again, I will be sure to capture an image.

Another observation that may or may not be related -
Recently I am finding that, occasionally, the DOM will take a minute or two to fully populate all the levels. This is behaviour that I have not experienced before.

This should definitely not happen. We will need you to show us this during a remote assistance session. But not likely we can get to it until tomorrow.

Ok, no problem.
I am UK based so it'd be too late today anyways.
The issue with the DOM populating is is intermittent, so hopefully it will show up when you're connected.

I captured some images of the DOM populating, see attached chartbook and images.
You can see the time that each image was captured, image 5 is after closing and reopening the chartbook (but not disconnecting the data feed)

Feel free to contact me and organise remote assistance as required.
Thanks.

I am using v2025 and, as yet, no sign of problem with DOM being slow to populate.
