CLK19 data not updating from SC feed.

SC Data not updating CLK19 data. Current quote window is all 0. CQG WebAPI for the same symbol is updating. Help topic 3 steps were completed without success. What should I do now please?

CL is traded on the NYMEX exchange and you are not subscribed to that exchange. You have the CME and Globex exchanges activated. If you want real time data for CL, then you will need to activate one of the options that includes the NYMEX exchange. You will find the exchange options here:

I appreciate the fast feedback. I was misled by two things:
1. Last week, I was getting CL data and using it to try to resolve the issue described in Is my
Volume by Price Study set up correctly?
Is my Volume by Price Study set up correctly?

2. If the step is actually there, I overlooked it to check data feed subscriptions in the otherwise through and clear steps outlined in Help topic 3

I attempted to change my subscription to
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts
. Until my Gain account is funded (ACH to them yesterday), how can I get access to CL so I can continue, with your help, to troubleshoot my
Volume by Price Study set up correctly?
issue? Can you grant me access until it is funded, please?
