Hi, I'm struggling to set up my account. My goal is to have access/view NYSE internals like the Tick and Advance decline. In the process of setting up attached is what I encountered. What am I missing? Thanks. Jacqui |

The option I'm required to choose is not available. Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Market Stats (statistics). What do I do? |

We need to update the documentation. Set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data- All Services".

I selected "SC Data - All Services" from then on I could not figure what next the only option I have under Service Setting is "Intraday Download Interval fot Non-Real-time Symbols (min)" after selecting SC Data - All Services. I would really like to be set up so I can use your system in my trading tomorrow. What number do I call to get help with setting up? Thanks! |

The market statistics symbols are listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Market Stats.
