Hello,
I have always used only sc charts and you have excellent documentation.
For the first time I am trying to use your quoteboard. I am having difficulty with alerts and am not finding documentation on setting alerts in the quote board. I can do pieces of the below but not all of it is being set up right.

1.i want to set up two custom alert levels for each symbol, high and low
2. I want to set alerts for day high and day low.
3. I want to see on the quoteboard all alerts I have set.
4.i want to to see the symbol row highlighted that has alert triggered.
5. I want default to be continuos monitoring.
6. I want to reset or change the alert quickly
7. I want to acknowledge the alert that is making sound quickly to stop the sound.

Please respond how to accomplish the 7 items above

The only alert functionality on the Quote Board is what is documented here:
Getting Quotes: New Daily High and Low Highlighting and Alert

There is also Symbol Alerts which is accessible from the Quote Board menu as well:
Alerts Manager: Symbol Alerts

Is there any way to have Alert Sounds for New Highs that are different from Alert Sounds for New Lows on the Quote Board ?

No, this is not supported.

I humbly request these future supported features:

A. alerts with multiple price levels. Bracket alerts
B. ability to use cursor and crosshairs on chart when alerts settings dialog is open (that is probably a hard one)
C. Graphic setting in "Alerts" field for symbols with an active but not yet triggered alert. Alternate: allow direct text editing to that field, same as Comment field functionality.
D. customize the content of the alert pop-up.

Bugs:
I think I may have instanced of a re-enabled alert behaving oddly if:
1. alert is triggered.
2. I re-enable for a different price, where that price is within the daily range.

-> I appear to get an instant triggering of the re-enabled and edited alert level, indicating the past time of day that the price first hit that level. Retrospective alerts. More investigation required. [Currently not using real time data for testing.]

Annoying bug: every time I open the Set Fields dialogue, the Symbol field column is moved to the end of the list, when it was previously at the top of the list. Sorting on that Field is lost at the same time. [And the 'move down' button does not work on the first Field item in the list]

Just in case you felt idle ;)

We do not see anything like this in Quote Board >> Settings >> Set Fields.

This is demonstrably happening. I can post definitive evidence.

It appears to happen when the Symbol field is the second column position. It happens irrespective of data feed (I tested CQG and IBKR)

When it happens, the contents of the Symbol column shifts to the end of the columns and replaces the contents of that last column. The field headers remain in place.

Releasing your mouse click on the Set Fields menu item triggers the bug.

We see the condition under which this can occur when the Symbol field is no longer at the top of the list of fields to display. We will prevent this from happening.
