I have an account with TransactAT, I have never historically had a problem using Sierra, however today when I logged into Transact I got the following message: "the account you are using requires you to start AT from your brokers software" I am using my brokers software so I don't understand what the issue could be... |

We have run a test and we did not observe this when Sierra Chart is started by the TransAct software. If you are using Sierra Chart provided by TransAct, then it must be started by the TransAct software and not directly. How did you start Sierra Chart?

I was trying to access Sierra via the Transact software as usual. However, reinstalling the Transact software seems to have solved the problem. Thanks |
