[User Discussion] - Issues sending Attached Orders with Autotrade Spreadsheet

Hi S.C. Support,

I read some previouse posts and could not find a solution.

It happened to a mixed of versions (1012, 1019) and 2 trade services (IB and Transact).

1) When using v. 1019 with Transact, attached Futures orders were not sent with signals from Buy/Sell Entry columns w/ market orders. The open positions were executed but no attached orders (Triggered Trail Stop) sent. Checking "Orders And Positions" showed no working orders. I have to manually right click to "Send attached orders by position", then the trigged trail stop would show under "working orders" as well as on the Chart.

2) When working with IB and SC v.1012 and v.1019, same problems with Stock Symbols in IB (as above), but two futures (6E/6B) would work with attached orders and showed in "working orders" without sending them manually.

3) I checked with the "Use IB managed OCO and Bracket Orders" (was checked when 6E/6E worked) and the setting did not make a difference in IB's stock with attached orders.

4) The spreadsheet property settings are very much by default with "Cancel All Working Orders on Exit" set to "Yes" for both stocks and futures.

5) There are True/False entries on Buy Exit and Sell Exit, in additional to entries in Buy Entry and Sell Entry. Could this be caused by a condition when both Buy Entry (K3) and Buy Exit (L3) are "True" at the same time with setting in 4) above?
