Hi I do not get any data in my chart for sep contract AEX Future symbol EOE-202309-FTA I do get data in IB TWS , but no longer in Sierra chart Is there any change ? I do get the data for the index in my chart thanks

hi I do not understand your message We talk about the future of the Amsterdam Index AEX currency is euro the future symbol in IB tws is eoe-201309-fta ( this was always like this ) I talked to IB , they say there is no change Something must be differend , then also Bracket trader does not work. I have the same issue. I select the EOE-201309-FTA from the list coming from Interactive Brokers, but the chart stays empty. When I select the contract from the previous month EOE-201308-FTA it does give me the option `Symbol expited. Click to Perform Rollover`. I curious if you found the solution Jaban.

Hi admin I am sorry , I should write more correctly I use uppercase characters. As of today the future charts do not update , so somewhere between euronext exchange - IB - Sierra something is not working properly. IN IB I get the correct data and the internal IB chart updates aswell The Euronext exchange started today with mini futures and mini options on the AEX index , I guess that there is the source of this problem. I let you know in case I find it.

I am with Jaban here, same on my end, there's no data (EOE-201309-FTA) flowing into my SC from TWS (whether historical or intraday). I believe the symbol format is correct as it has always been this format. I use SC version 1015. Could you look into this matter? Advice highly appreciated, thank you in advance. Wow Weldone I tried all kind of combinations , but not this one. So the EUR is not so much the currency , but also prefix for the value of a full point. Very strange IB is telling me "nothing has changed. Thanks a lot for help jaban
