Hello Support, ABS(IDnn.sg1-O) function used in simple alert is very instable with personalized functions (paremeter IDnn.sg1), it makes SC unexpectly abort. I just wrote a simple alert with only one instruction : =AND(ABS(IDnnn.sg1-O)<=(H-L)/2) and SC crashed, nevertheless AND(O-IDnn.SG1<=(H-L)/2,(L-H)/2<=O-IDnn.SG1) instead is working fine ... It seems we don't have any problem with standard SC functions (MMA/) Is there a problem with the newest versions ? Is it possible you check this order ? Thanks a lot |

We have done some testing using the latest Spreadsheet functionality which is used for simple alerts and we do not see this particular issue. Do you use any Spreadsheet studies? If not, then update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Latest Non-NET Version. Let us know if the problem is resolved.
