Rithmic staying connected to data-have submitted live order within last 15 days???

I have submitted order within last 15 days, every 15mins or so i lose connection? I have to reconnect to data tab to reconnect very annoying, solutions? |

You should be OK. Could you update to the latest release by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. Let us know if you still see a problem. did that yesterday, had this problem few weeks back then Sierra did a update that fixed connection issue. Now its back, please advise. And the download was successful yesterday. I have to disable my virusware then download which I did. So Im 100% download was successful

The easiest thing to do is just submit an order away from the market and cancel it. Also, if you are getting disconnected every 15 minutes, then you should update to the latest prerelease. Did you enter the order from Sierra Chart? Anyway, just please enter a new order away from the market and then cancel it. That's all you need to do. It is very simple. lol...ok I trade 8-30 trades a day with Rithmic thru Ninja because I havent got familar with all sierra operations yet( I like your stuff and hopefully in next few weeks be 100% sierra. Why may i ask does it matter if i do live trades or not with sierra bc i pay for the platform monthly service? just curious...thx for all your help and timely replies back to me

We will detect the order fills from ninja and use that as a flag to not disconnect you. The new release will be out this evening. It does not matter to us whether you trade or not, but it does matter to Rithmic. In your case you are, but we are not able to detect that and that will be resolved.
