- In thinkorswim platform, when volatility increases, for example in EUS/USD, and I'm using range charts with 5 tick I see all the time bars that are printed in one way (down for example), like 3 or 4 bars and then they are retraced (erased) and printed in the other way (up for example). That kils/invalidates any kind of strategy... Does this can happen with your platform also? this is my main issue with then (and commissions...). - Is it possible to draw an object (trend-line for example) in one chart and synchronize with other charts (see that trend line appear automatically in all charts off the same instrument). - Do you have or can implement a free/open source indicator called PZO (Price Zone Oscillator) and VZO (volume price oscillator)? They are the only ones I use. - What broker do you advise to trade forex that can support very good tick/range charts ? if possible a broker with Forex, Futures and stocks, but main focus is Forex. - From the point of view of your service (Charts/data) is FXCM a good option. Using their data feed or yours ? - Can I user like a broker for order/trading and use you datafeed to feed charts ? will proce differ substancially ? - From where are you getting volume information I see on currencies like EUR/USD for example (live trial I'm using now). - What are you limitations about range charts ? They looked verry complete in configuring option I already saw positive comments from users about your reputation about charting and datafeed I just need to clear out those specific questions. 1. No, this will not happen. The Range bars will not erase and redraw differently. 2. Yes. Refer to documentation here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails72.html 3. Yes, we can do a basic implementation of at least one of these studies. 4. Where are you located? 5. Yes this is good. The primary Forex data feed we provide is from FXCM. 6. We do not fully understand this. Sierra Chart does provide a Forex data feed. 7. If you are using the service named "SC Forex Data (FXCM)", then it comes from FXCM. 8. No limitations. Hello, I will take a decision soon if I change to Sierra Charts. About point 3, can You please Implement at least VZO? when can you have it available? It would be nice to have PZO too but if I have to choose one then its VZO. I think others customers will like to have these indicators available too. I will go with IB for Trading and Sierra Charts for the Feed. I Hope I can correctly configure the multi-instance necessary for this setup. I will ask for help if I need it. Waiting for an answer about VZO to givo a "go". Thank you. Regards, Pedro Gomes |

We will add VZO (volume price oscillator). We probably can have it done in about 2 weeks. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
