Sierra Chart Data corruption and intermittent updating

I am running version 996, service package 5, and getting data feed from OEC. It seems that data every once in a while gets corrupted and the chart updating also seems to be intermittent. The problem is usually resolved by logging off and logging back on Sierra.

Sure would appreciate a solution as the date on Sierra Charts becomes unreliable.

Please more precisely describe the "Data corruption" you are seeing. If you visually see something, then post an image of the chart, by following these steps:
