Hello, I'm connected to FXCM FIX Trading and it's not the same price between sierra and fxcm platform (trading station 2) Do you know if there is a way to get the same price between this 2 platforms |

So we are clear about this, when you look at the current Bid and Ask prices , you can easily see those through Window >> Current Quote Window, are they different for the same symbol compared to Trading Station? If yes, then ask FXCM about this. Also, please log into this Support Board using the same account you use with Sierra Chart. Otherwise, we do not know who you are. Currently we see you are using an expired account and when we see too many nonessential questions coming from an expired account, they may end up just getting passed by. ok sorry so for my problem, i think it's because fxcm has bid or ask price and sierra is average price so i can not see the same price do you have any way to resolve it |
